Portrait Painting: Partial Demo

This series of 4 videos walks you through the last 25% of completing a portrait demo. I show how to paint an ear, neck, beard and mouth, as well as build up the details to really bring a portrait to life. This is useful for seeing how I use the brush, how I mix colours (my palette is visible on screen), and learning more about my portrait painting process.

Who These Videos Are For: these videos are most suited to those with some portrait painting experience. I don’t explain a lot of the basics, but they’re very useful for seeing my colour mixing process, how I build form using brushstrokes and how to refine a portrait in the later stages.
